Extra-curricular Activities
The ECA Committee not only encourages students to engage in more extracurricular activities but also urges them to take on roles as committee members in clubs or other student organizations. To help students explore their potential, a leadership training camp is organized for all future chairpersons during the summer vacation. These experiences in coordinating activities are expected to enhance students' organizational, communication, and self-assurance skills, nurturing the growth of positive and self-driven leaders. In addition, workshops tailored for chairpersons and treasurers are conducted to refine students' leadership abilities and instruct them on effective activity management. Developing effective leadership requires possessing a broad vision. Hence, our students are planned to engage in various external leadership programs that present opportunities for them to cultivate their leadership potential and broaden their horizons.
